Stella Blonde Roast

from $19.95

This blonde is no joke. Our blonde roast is as silky smooth as the bombshell she’s named for. Vibrant citrus with hints of milk chocolate and earthy tones make this roast a true knockout.

What is a blonde roast, you may ask? If you contrast the taste of blonde roast with darker roasts, you’ll find that the latter have much stronger hints of caramelized sugar or butter. This difference in flavor is because blonde roasting doesn’t allow enough time for the bean’s acid tones to convert to more sugary ones. The longer coffee beans remain in the roaster, the more the heat breaks down their acidity. All in all, you get a much purer version of the bean you began with.
